Questions
Do I also pay for Pro?
No. Every Managed plan includes Pro and your website. If you leave Managed, you can switch to Pro at its normal price or to any other plan.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You add us as a manager on your Google listing and social accounts. You keep ownership, and you can remove us any time.
Can you guarantee we rank first on Google?
No one honest can. We promise the work, every month, and show you what it brought in.
Do you only ask happy guests for reviews?
No. We ask every guest after a visit, the way Google requires, and help you answer every review, good or bad.
What if I have more than one location?
Your Managed plan covers the first location. Each other location adds its Pro price and $99/mo of our time.
Can I cancel?
After the minimum (3 months on Starter, 6 on Growth and Full) it’s month to month. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.
