Great atmosphere!! Wonderful staff behind the bar (Allina) and the owners are personable and involved. My fiancé & I stopped by while on a trip to NY, 10/10 would recommend.<br>Great alternative for alcohol & so many options available! Snacks were all vegan and great.

ZERO STARS! If i were a person searching for a nice cup of tea this is not the place I would go to. Customer service is horrendous. Specifically the girl with brown hair- I’m assuming one of the owners. Sticky tables- cards kept getting stuck to the table. I asked the girl at the register a question and she responded in a hostile tone. I would not return. Try the tea and spice exchange or dark horse in PJ !!!!

My girlfriend and I came here on a Friday. I must say, not what I was expecting. I was beyond pleasantly surprised. Our host, Valentina, was amazing Not only was she super friendly, knowledge about the products, but this girl makes the most delicious Peanut Butter Bliss drink EVER! Thank you for a great vibe and chill night. We most def will be back.

Roots has it all. Always nice to see a aesthetically pleasing kava bar with great drinks on Long Island and in New York. A must stop for anyone into kava- botanicals along with newcomers looking for a healthy- relaxing lifestyle.
