My friend and I stumbled upon Root Awakening Kava Bar this past weekend. We had no idea what kava was, but the vibe drew us in. The staff came right over and explained what kava is and walk us through the menu. We got an absolutely delicious mango colada, as well as a sample of the natural kava. We hung out for a while taking advantage of the available board games and foosball table. The owner came over and chatted, and he was great. The music was awesome. We both really enjoyed the kava--and left feeling good, clear headed and happy. We will definitely being going back!

My new favorite spot! Greg and Olivia gave me a very warm welcome to this new sober bar. Great place to get some work down or relax and chat to some wonderful people. A special community is being built here. My favorite drink is the Razzle Dazzle. If youre looking for an adult atmosphere without the bar intensity you find with alcoholic bars you’ve found it. Do yourself a favor, check it out!

Love this place! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, tasty drinks and good vibes. It’s a unique experience with it being the only kava - kratom bar around.
