  If you remember the 1980's T.V. "Cheers" where, 'Everyone knows your name' then NE Root is similar to that for the friendly atmosphere and interesting conversation. The prices are very affordable and the drinks are strong, especially any beverage made with an extract, very powerful stuff! It's a local place to go when looking for a friendly face.

  My partner and I had an amazing time at NE Roots! Veronica was our host and was so welcoming and very attentive to us! It was such good vibes there and the drinks are so good! Loved their fruit punch extract drink!!! It tasted just like Cool Aid! Definitely check out this bar if you're in the area!

  I have visited most of the kava bars in the area and this was by far the best vibration, tunes, kava/kratom quality, and people. Instantly felt welcome and comfortable with the relaxed lighting and ambiance. Kava is strong, creamy, and smooth!

  While the food menu isn’t what I’d call a “dinner spot”, it would absolutely suffice for a lunch break. Grab a couple hot dogs and a tea and a shell and you’ve got the makings of a great rest of your workday.<br><br>The service is always top notch. No matter how busy, the staff always goes out of their way to make you feel like the only customer in the place, especially Taj. He’s got a welcoming vibe. Someone you can see being very good friends with, from the moment you meet him.<br><br>The atmosphere’s unlike anything you’re gonna find in Daytona. Feels new, despite the old building. Quirky touches that feel unique. Modern amenities that make it a place you can spend a good amount of time at, while feeling like you’ve only just arrived.<br><br>All in all, NE Roots (Bula Roots), is a VERY welcome addition to the kava “community” that calls DAB home.

  Overall its probably my favorite place on planet earth. I normally never go to bars or clubs, but I found a community here of wonderful people. Im here every day. They saved me from myself and I love every single person in this establishment.

  Great study and hang out spot! There is a mini pool table, darts and air hockey. Tons of comfortable places to relax and a center bar if you’d like a more social vibe<3 10/10 recommend this place the kava-tenders are friendly and welcoming. As for the kava it is full bodied and has plenty of flavor and kratom is clear and smooth. They have tons of flavors and plant based milk options. It is a great place to make friends and find community.
