So... I've been to this magical place a few times. 💕 The layout was incredible! Chill environment and friendly interaction with each visit. ☺️ Peter also informed me about the loyalty rewards program.🌟 Loyalty, to me is Everything 🫂. I look forward to seeing the perks and building future business comrades.👔 EPIC job! 5 Stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

STAFF IS INTELIGENT, PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAN ANSWER ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS ABOUT THEIR INVENTORY ie: BRANDS, PRICING, QUALITY AND CAN HELP YOU GET BEST PRODUCT FOR YOUR NEED PERSONALLY NOT *THIS IS WHAT SELLS THE MOST..(I HATE THIS TYPE OF SALES PITCH* THEY WANT TO HELP YOU FIND RELIEF FOR WHAT YOUR SYMPTOMS ARE AND EDUCATE YOU ABOUT WHICH PRODUCTS AND DEVICES WOULD GET YOU BEST RESULTS POSSIBLE. LITTLE CONFUSING THING WAS THE STORE ENTRANCE IS INSIDE ANOTHER STORE SO YOU HAVE TO GO IN THRU THE RAINBOW FOOD MART TO GET TO HERBANICALS. IT WAS A CLEAN STORE THAT WAS WELL LIT AND VERY ORGANIZED AND EASY TO SEE ITEMS AND PRICING OF THOSE ITEMS. I AM GOING TO REGRET IT WHEN THEY GET TO BUSY FOR MY SILLY QUESTIONS ABOUT EVERYTHING BUT EVERYBODY NEEDS TO KNOW HERBANICALS IS THE BEST SMOKE SHOP IN TOWN!! WORTH A DRIVE AND FOR SURE BEST STAFF IN BAY AREA. I WOULD EVEN BET STAFF IS BEST FROM HERE TO EAST COAST. BEST ON WEST COAST FLORIDA FOR SURE.#BESTWESTCOASTSMOKESHOP

One of the few smoke shops that actually has kratom-kava bar.

One of the best in town! Huge selection of products and excellent kratom tea and probably the best price in town.

Nothing against any business just find it hilarious a business owner (allegedly) accused the commenter below of leaving a bad review and lost their business and subsequently had her original review switched from 5 to 1 star. Hilarious. Good kratom though. Never had any issues.
