Founders Club is a cocktail bar for guests 21 and over, hidden behind a bookcase off the lobby of Seattle’s Fairmont Olympic Hotel. It serves alcohol and also offers Raiatea Drift on its spirit-free menu, made with Kava Haven, Giffard Aperitif Syrup, lemon and ginger beer. Ask about the kava serving size, strength and price. The public menu also includes cocktails, low-ABV drinks, wine, beer, cider and small bites such as arancini, mushroom flatbread, Wagyu sliders, oysters, caviar and desserts. Open Tuesday–Saturday from 5 PM to midnight, with small bites available from 5–10 PM. Walk-ins are welcome, and reservations are recommended because seating is limited. The venue offers accessible entry, valet parking and nearby self-parking; parking fees apply. A mandatory 20% gratuity applies to parties of six or more. Holiday hours may vary.
