I recently started going to this kava lounge i have a work related injury and in an effort to avoid opiates i tried kratom...which has been nothing short of miraculous..i knew nothing about kratom and the staff at the kava bar have been wonderful in assisting me with the various benefits of kratom..one associate in particular..Randy is absolutely a gem.one of those people that are able to make a person feel completely welcome..she is an asset to the establishment and i look forward to seeing her there in the future...thank you Randy.. you are wonderful....and a great conversationalist..i give you guys 5 stars and will ALWAYS..come there for my kratom and vapes...so today is sunday 2/23..up to this point ive jad a great experience ..however today i sent my mom there to pick something up..i called ahead to make sure they would have it ready this was at 11 am.the woman i spoke to seemed resistant to helping me..did not have what i wanted to purchase ready when my mom got there and im not sure she even gave me what i asked for...my mom has no idea about any of this stuff...i just called back to ask if i got what the product i requested on the phone and was told yes and then got hung up on..up to this point ive had a great experience and jave been consistently spendi g money there..however whoever is opening staff today sunday 2/23=25 is very unpleasant and rude and has horrible customer service skills..im tempted to give her a piece of my mind for being downright unpleasant and absolutely rude...apparently she doesnt want people to come there when she works..i know if given a choice id never go there again when she is working..EVER

Randi is awesome!!!Delray Kava Lounge offers a unique respite from the typical bar scene. Stepping inside, you're immediately met with a sense of calm and relaxation, a welcome departure from the often-frenetic energy of its alcoholic counterparts. The lounge cultivates a peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for unwinding and engaging in conversation. What truly sets Delray Kava Lounge apart, however, is its staff. They are clearly passionate about creating a positive and welcoming experience for every guest. I was particularly impressed by Randi, whose sweet and kind demeanor made me feel instantly at ease. Her extensive knowledge of kava and the other offerings was remarkable, and she took the time to guide me through the menu, answering all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. Randi embodies the spirit of the lounge, making it more than just a place to enjoy kava, but a space to connect and learn. The rest of the staff are equally commendable. They are attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring everyone has a pleasant visit. It's evident that management has fostered a strong team dynamic, creating a supportive and enjoyable environment for both employees and patrons.Furthermore, Delray Kava Lounge boasts some of the most competitive prices in the area. This affordability makes it accessible to a wider audience, allowing more people to experience the benefits of kava in a comfortable and inviting setting. While the lounge's atmosphere and offerings are certainly appealing, it's the exceptional service, particularly Randi's warm presence and the staff's overall dedication, that elevates Delray Kava Lounge above the competition. If you're seeking a relaxing and enriching experience, I highly recommend a visit.
