Live kokoda station: local fresh fish, octopus, ota, nama, red onion, coconut cream, tomato, pepper, chilli and coriander. Salads: ota fern, baked eggplant, potato, coleslaw, kumala and chickpea. Lovo station: pork neck, whole chicken, palusami, root crops, tavu tuna, beef stew, apple sauce, BBQ sauce and miti sauce.
