A Kava Krawl can now have a date, a route and a place for everyone who's coming. Publish a scheduled Krawl from the app, share its link or short code, and let people preview the night before they join.
A plan people can actually follow
The host walks through three steps: the basics and who can join, the bars and their times, then a full review. Each stop shows its local date and time. Travel gaps and stops after midnight stay visible in the route, so nobody has to guess which night you mean.

Share the plan before the first stop
Open Kava Krawls on happykava.app to browse public Krawls that are upcoming or happening now. A shared link opens a preview in the browser, too. Sign in when you're ready to join; some hosts approve requests first.
Unlisted Krawls always need host approval, even when you have the link or code. Joining a Krawl doesn't check you into a bar. Check in when you arrive, and use the linked Crew Room to keep the group together.

Also improved
- Hosts can manage requests, update the schedule before departure and control the live stop.
- Scheduled Krawls support larger groups without the ordinary Meet Up attendance limit.
- Closed joining, pending requests and canceled plans each explain where things stand.
