Delete your account in the HappyKava app
If you can sign in, open Settings, choose Delete Account, and confirm the request. This is the fastest way to delete your HappyKava account.
If you cannot access your account
Email support@happykava.app from the email address associated with your account. Include your name, account email, and a short note asking us to delete your HappyKava account.
If you used Apple, Google, Facebook, or another sign-in provider, tell us which provider you used so we can locate the correct account. We may verify your identity before completing the request.
What deletion covers
Account deletion removes or de-identifies your account information and associated personal content that HappyKava is not required or permitted to retain. Limited records may remain for security, fraud prevention, employment recordkeeping, billing, tax, dispute, legal, backup, or audit purposes. Information already provided to a bar, employer, merchant, driver, another user, or an independent service may also be retained by that recipient.
Subscriptions
Deleting your HappyKava account does not necessarily cancel a subscription billed by Apple, Google, or another payment provider. Cancel the subscription through the provider that bills you to prevent future renewal.
