We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Kava Tender/Barista to join our ʻohana (family) and share the wonders of kava with our guests. In this role, you will: • Prepare and serve traditional kava beverages, customizing them to guest preferences. • Craft specialty kava cocktails and barista-made coffee drinks. • Educate guests on the benefits and varieties of kava, botanical teas, and cacao. • Ensure a clean, friendly, and inviting atmosphere for our customers. • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering a strong sense of community. We are looking for someone who: • Has a passion for exceptional customer service. • Enjoys a fast-paced environment and thrives on multitasking. • Possesses a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. • Has a genuine interest in kava and kava culture or willingness to learn it. • Can work independently. • Communicate effectively with fellow team members. • Maintains a clean and professional appearance. • Weekend availability is a must.
