Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining or nightclub settings and possess a strong understanding of customer service and food safety practices. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours Assist with banquet events and catering services as needed, providing support for large groups or special occasions Handle cash transactions accurately, performing basic math calculations for payments and change Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar Uphold high standards of hospitality while creating an enjoyable atmosphere for patrons Requirements Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs A passion for the food industry, brewing techniques, and cocktail creation is highly desirable Join our team and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests while showcasing your bartending talents! What you’ll own

Schedule

Part-time, approximately 16–32 hours per week; weekends and evenings as needed.
