Kava Culture South Tampa is hiring an outgoing kavatender for its alcohol-free, event-focused bar, serving plant-based beverages and building relationships with guests.
What you’ll own
- Provide an engaging customer experience through conversation and hospitality.
- Operate the POS, recommend products, and drive sales through thoughtful upselling.
- Help run events and maintain a clean, organized bar.
What helps you thrive
- Service-industry experience in food, beverage, or hospitality.
- Comfortable engaging strangers and working in social or event environments.
- Must be at least 18 and available for early mornings, nights, and weekends.
