We are a community-driven kava bar focused on creating an inviting, uplifting environment where people feel welcomed, connected, and educated about our products. We are looking for outgoing, hardworking, and passionate individuals who genuinely enjoy interacting with people and helping build a positive culture. What We’re Looking For

We are looking for people who are:

Outgoing, friendly, and confident Positive and team-oriented Coachable and open to feedback Attentive to customers and their surroundings Hardworking and willing to help with all tasks Passionate about hospitality and community Comfortable educating customers and recommending products Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers in a welcoming and authentic way Create an inclusive environment where guests feel like they belong Educate customers on kava and other products Recommend products confidently and naturally Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store Help with opening/closing duties and daily operations Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive atmosphere Contribute ideas and energy toward growing the business and community

Requirements

Strong communication and people skills Attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable transportation and punctuality Ability to work evenings and weekends preferred Hospitality, café, barista, serving, sales, or wellness experience is a plus — but personality and attitude matter most
