Job Title: Botanical Beverage Bartender & Retail Associate Job Type: Full-time Location: Drip Tampa Job Summary: Botanical Beverage Bartender & Retail Associate DRIP Tampa DRIP is a Fast-Growing & Busy Botanical Beverage bar and retail concept serving kava, kratom tea, and alternative products in a social, high-interaction environment. We are looking for dependable and energetic team members who take pride in staying active, organized, and engaged throughout their shift. This is a hands-on role where team members are expected to manage customer flow, maintain a clean and stocked workspace, and contribute to a positive and professional bar atmosphere. Priority given to candidates with consistent night and weekend availability. Responsibilities Prepare and serve kava and kratom beverages Assist customers with retail purchases and product questions Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product presentation Restock inventory and monitor supply levels Stay aware of guest needs and support teammates during busy periods Follow ID verification and safety procedures Take ownership of the overall bar and retail environment during your shift What We’re Looking For Hospitality, bartending, retail, or service experience preferred Strong communication skills and customer awareness Ability to stay productive and maintain pace during slower periods Reliable transportation and schedule consistency Comfort working evenings and weekends Team-oriented mindset and professional attitude We value individuals who take initiative and maintain a strong pace even when supervision is minimal.
