Poppy Vape + Kava Bar is hiring a full-time Manager in Training to learn operations across its Tallahassee-area lounges and develop into a Store Manager.
What you’ll own
- Learn all aspects of store operations and management while rotating among area locations.
- Lead customer service and sales by example and help coach and develop team members.
- Support inventory, merchandising, product placement, store appearance, and cleanliness.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
- Help drive sales, customer retention, and overall store performance.
What helps you thrive
- Must be at least 21 years old and have reliable transportation.
- Open availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to rotate among six Tallahassee-area locations.
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Management, retail, hospitality, customer-service, or other leadership experience is preferred.

Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week, with open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; rotation among Tallahassee-area stores is required.
