What You'll Do • Welcome every customer with a friendly, positive attitude. • Deliver exceptional customer service from the moment guests walk in. • Help customers find the right vape, hemp, mushroom, botanical wellness, and accessory products. • Prepare and serve kava and specialty beverages. • Operate the POS system and accurately handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions. • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor. • Restock merchandise and assist with inventory. • Learn our products through paid training and confidently educate customers. • Follow all company policies, age-verification requirements, and industry regulations. • Work with your team to create an outstanding customer experience every shift. What We're Looking For • Previous cash handling experience is required. • Retail, restaurant, coffee shop, barista, hospitality, smoke shop, vape shop, or customer service experience is a plus. • Reliable with excellent attendance—you show up when you're scheduled. • Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations with customers. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Able to stand and walk for an entire shift. • Able to safely lift up to 60 pounds. • Comfortable using a ladder to stock and organize merchandise. • Must be at least 21 years old.
