Luna Vape + Kava Bar is hiring a full-time Manager in Training to develop into a Store Manager while leading customer experience, sales, and daily store operations.
What you’ll own
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and lead the team by example.
- Learn all aspects of store operations and independently handle opening and closing.
- Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and develop team members.
- Manage cash, deposits, daily reporting, inventory, merchandising, and product displays.
- Maintain store standards, enforce policies and age-verification laws, and drive sales performance.
What helps you thrive
- Previous cash-handling experience is required.
- Leadership experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and team-leadership skills.
- Must be at least 21 and available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for a full shift, lift up to 60 pounds, and use a ladder.
