Our rapidly growing Kava Bar & Vape Shop is searching for an energetic, driven, customer-obsessed Store Manager in Training who's ready to level up their career. You'll train directly with experienced leaders, master every aspect of the business, and fast-track your path toward running your own store. What You'll Do • Lead from the front by delivering an outstanding customer experience. • Learn every aspect of running a successful retail store. • Coach, motivate, and inspire your team. • Recruit, train, and develop future top performers. • Open and close the store independently. • Accurately handle cash, deposits, and daily reporting. • Manage inventory, merchandising, and product displays. • Keep the store clean, organized, and operating at a high standard. • Ensure compliance with all company policies and age-verification laws. • Drive sales, hit performance goals, and help grow the business. • Step up, solve problems, and make every shift better than the last. What We're Looking For • Leadership experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, or customer service is a plus. • Previous cash handling experience is required. • Naturally positive, outgoing, and confident. • Reliable—you show up, work hard, and take pride in what you do. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Comfortable making decisions and leading a team. • Thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Able to stand for an entire shift. • Able to lift up to 60 pounds. • Comfortable using a ladder. • Must be at least 21 years old.
