What you’ll own
- Brew espresso and specialty coffee drinks and serve kava shells and tea consistently.
- Welcome regulars and newcomers while creating an upbeat, hospitable atmosphere.
- Keep the space clean, prepare for rushes, and stay productive during quiet periods.
- Communicate clearly and support the rest of the bar team.

- Coffee experience is helpful but not required; the employer will train the right candidate.
