What you’ll own
- Oversee day-to-day operations and set goals for growth.
- Maintain budgets, optimize expenses, and improve operational and financial performance.
- Lead recruiting, training, professional development, and employee assessments.
- Establish policies and processes, prepare reports, and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Resolve operational challenges including profit decline, employee conflicts, and competitive pressure.
What helps you thrive
- Managerial experience is required.
- Food-service experience is preferred but not required.
- Thoughtful leadership, confident decision-making, and the ability to develop productive teams.
