Decades Kava Social Lounge is hiring a full-time General Manager to lead its Longwood lounge, develop the kavatender team, and own daily operating performance.
What you’ll own
- Lead floor operations and deliver a consistently strong guest experience.
- Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and manage the kavatender team.
- Oversee botanical beverage production, freshness, ordering, and inventory.
- Manage labor costs, cost of goods sold, expenses, and overall profitability.
- Handle back-office administration and protect confidential business information and company property.
What helps you thrive
- Management experience in hospitality, a bar, café, or similar setting.
- Financial acumen with labor costs, cost of goods sold, and inventory.
- Open availability for at least 40 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and POS or back-office software skills.
