Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic AM Kavtender/or PM Barback to support our bartending team in providing exceptional service to our guests. Its a long shift 7:45 AM to 6:30 PM so you should be able to handle being on your feet for extended hours for AM shift and work late till 3 or 4 AM on night shifts. Ideal candidates 21-35 years old and able! The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining the bar area, providing incredible customer service to the patrons, be able to Multitask and carry on engaging conversations with customers. Also ensuring that other shifts/bartenders have everything they need on the next shift. This role is essential in keeping the bar running smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall hospitality experience. Attending customers, fulfilling orders, greeting, engaging customers. And many other bartending duties. Stock and replenish supplies such as kava, teas, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, napkins, straws and all supplies as needed. Brew and prepare kava/tea and kava/tea handling tasks as required. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met. Collaborate with Klover staff to ensure timely delivery of drink orders to the bar. Familiarize yourself with Clover POS system for efficient order processing. Participate in events, social media posts, bi weekly team meetings. Qualifications Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation and food handling practices is a plus. Ability to operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with bartending practices is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. We are a tight knit team, family like. What you’ll own

Schedule
