What you’ll own
- Lead daily operations, staff development, shift coverage, and guest experience.
- Maintain food-safety, sanitation, inventory, cash-handling, and beverage standards.
- Review performance, develop events and promotions, and grow community engagement.
What helps you thrive
- Hospitality or bar-management experience with supervisory responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of the kava community, beverage preparation, inventory, and POS systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer-service, and basic financial-analysis skills.

Schedule
Full-time; day shift required, with night-shift flexibility and approximately 25% travel.
