Kava Culture is hiring an experienced full-time manager for its Bonita Springs bar to lead staff, operations, community events, and sales performance.
What you’ll own
- Uphold training standards, company policies, and food-control and safety requirements.
- Monitor sales performance, coach kavatenders, and create employee schedules.
- Manage inventory audits, ordering, bar supplies, cash drawers, deposits, and petty cash.
- Build community connections and organize events, promotions, and local outreach.
- Maintain a welcoming, clean, high-volume bar while implementing new processes.
What helps you thrive
- At least three years of management experience is required.
- Bartending or hospitality team-management experience is required.
- Kava knowledge is helpful, though training is available.
- Strong leadership, customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability for peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
