Respect the Root, the production arm of MeloMelo Kava Bar, is hiring an Oakland lead to coordinate beverage-production materials, workflow, records, and quality.
What you’ll own
- Prepare and inspect materials for each stage of production and report defects.
- Maintain supply inventory, production records, traceability, and proper labeling.
- Support equipment setup and keep production work moving safely and efficiently.
What helps you thrive
- An associate degree in food science, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Three to five years of coffee or tea beverage-production experience is preferred.
- Understands manufacturing processes, machinery, inventory, and production quality.

Schedule
Part-time; 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday with weekend availability.
